In November of last year, the Stock Exchange Hotel opened for business in the heart of Manchester. I was tasked with capturing the Edwardian spirit and history of the building whilst also promoting various events at Tom Kerridge’s Bull and Bear restaurant.

An exquisite Edwardian example and a meticulous Manchester masterpiece is back, the Stock Exchange Hotel is re-open for business. Our story started in 1906 with stocks, shares and a lot of shouting. Trading talk rang round the bull and bear markets of our beautiful building as stockbrokers battled for the best price. Now the buzz is back and The Bull and Bear has taken on a whole new meaning in Tom Kerridge’s most recent restaurant revelation. Blurring the lines between formality and familiarity, the Michelin-starred chef serves up creative classics and brilliantly British dishes alike.

Hidden within every stock exchange is a space dedicated to the most special of transactions…. and occasions… The Bank. Today, we’re still a place of interest, but now capital comes in culinary classics with bold flavours set to bring bold experiences for your private event.

A place reserved for the most valuable of prized possessions… and expressions… The Vault. Many have envisaged, few have experienced the magic of the vault until now. For events up to 120 people, Tom Kerridge unlocks the grand splendour of this enchanting room with exclusive dining experiences in the Stock Exchange Hotel’s vault.
